Electricity & Wi-Fi for North Texas Gun Show Vendors

Need power for your booth at the North Texas Gun Show? Electrical access is available to vendors by advance request for $75 for the event. Free Wi-Fi is also available to vendors during the show.

Request electrical service when completing your North Texas Gun Show Vendor Application, or contact the show team before the event to confirm availability and payment instructions.

The North Texas Gun Show is held at the DFW Car & Toy Museum, 2550 McMillan Pkwy, Fort Worth, TX 76137. Review the current show dates and hours before making travel or setup arrangements.

How to Request Electricity

If you need power for a display, point-of-sale system, approved equipment, or another booth necessity, request electrical access before the show. The preferred starting point is the Vendor Application.

You may also contact the North Texas Gun Show team to ask about availability, payment, placement, and any current requirements.

The vendor page currently lists tables at $50 per table for the event and electrical access at $75 for the event. See Vendor Information for current vendor-space details.

Electrical availability is first come, first served, so vendors should request service as early as possible. Electrical access is optional and is not automatically included with the vendor table fee.

What Is Included?

Vendors receiving electrical service will be provided extension cords. You may bring an additional extension cord if needed, but confirm that it is appropriate for the venue and intended equipment before use.

The current page does not publish outlet locations, amperage, voltage, maximum wattage, equipment restrictions, or a dedicated circuit guarantee. Do not assume that electrical service includes any particular capacity or outlet placement.

Contact the North Texas Gun Show team before purchasing or transporting equipment that may require higher power or specialized service.

Free Wi-Fi for Vendors

Free Wi-Fi is available to vendors during the North Texas Gun Show. It may be useful for processing transactions, accessing online information, communicating with customers, and managing business operations during the event.

Because public or event Wi-Fi performance can vary, vendors should prepare a backup connection if reliable connectivity is essential to payment processing or business operations. Confirm any current network-access instructions with event staff when you arrive.

Electrical Safety Requirements

Use electrical equipment safely and responsibly. Do not overload outlets, connect unsafe or damaged equipment, create trip hazards, or use equipment that could endanger guests, exhibitors, venue personnel, or the facility.

Keep cords organized and secured within your assigned booth area and keep aisles, exits, fire equipment, and emergency access routes clear.

Follow the instructions of venue personnel, event staff, security, and authorized electrical or safety personnel. If a cord, outlet, device, or connection appears damaged or unsafe, stop using it and notify the show team rather than attempting an unapproved repair.

These instructions supplement, and do not replace, the North Texas Gun Show Rules and Safety Policies. Vendors remain responsible for complying with applicable venue requirements and laws.

No. Electrical access is an optional service and is not automatically included with the vendor table fee. It is currently advertised at $75 for the event and must be requested in advance.
