The North Texas Gun Show brings vendors, firearm enthusiasts, collectors, and outdoor sportsmen together for a unique gun show experience inside the DFW Car & Toy Museum in Fort Worth, Texas.

Who can apply to be a North Texas Gun Show vendor?

The North Texas Gun Show welcomes applications from eligible businesses, licensed dealers, manufacturers, collectors, outdoor retailers, firearms-safety instructors, gunsmiths, secure-storage providers, accessory vendors, historical exhibitors, nonprofits, and other approved exhibitors.

Applications are reviewed individually. Product categories, available space, event fit, operational requirements, legal and safety considerations, and other planning factors may be considered.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance or table placement.

How do I apply?

Complete the North Texas Gun Show Vendor Application with your contact information, business information, products or merchandise, requested number of 8-foot tables, and any electrical-access requirements.

If you have questions before applying or need to update an existing application, contact the North Texas Gun Show team

Once selected as a vendor for the North Texas Gun Show, Vendor badges will be provided at vendor check-in. Badges must be worn at all times during the event and will be required for vendor entry and access behind the vendor tables. No one will be permitted into vendor-only areas or behind the tables without a valid vendor badge.
