No one will be permitted into vendor-only areas or behind the tables without a valid vendor badge.

Friday is the primary vendor load-in and setup period. Vendors may check in, unload merchandise, and prepare their assigned spaces between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM.All Friday loading and movement must be completed by 7:00 PM. Vendor deliveries, food, and breakfast planning
Where should a delivery driver go?
Use the venue’s exact address in the delivery app or with the driver: DFW Car & Toy Museum 2550 McMillan Pkwy Fort Worth, TX 76137 For Uber Eats, DoorDash, or other delivery services, add the vendor’s name, business name, mobile phone number, and a note such as: “North Texas Gun Show vendor delivery—please call on arrival.” Do not direct a driver to an unconfirmed side entrance or ask the driver to enter restricted setup areas. Confirm the approved vendor delivery or pickup point with Show Management or venue staff before the event.
Is there a nearby breakfast option?
The Plan Your Visit page lists nearby restaurants, including Cracker Barrel at 4691 Gemini Place, Fort Worth, TX 76106, which is a practical breakfast option for vendors working an early setup schedule. Verify current hours, menu, wait times, and delivery availability before relying on it for Saturday morning. The show website should not describe this restaurant as definitively “the closest” unless management confirms the distance. Breakfast availability and delivery coverage may change. If ordering breakfast for the venue, use the exact DFW Car & Toy Museum address above and ask the organizer where vendor deliveries should be received.
